Unlike clothing or electronics, flower bulbs and plants are perishable. If these items were returned to us we would be unable to resell them. For this reason, we do not normally accept returns.
We guarantee you will always receive bulbs and plants that are true to variety and in prime condition. If you receive a product that is damaged, labeled incorrectly or does not grow, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
