If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or call us at 855-534-2733.
If you would like to add items to an order that has not been processed for shipping yet, we will place a new order and waive the shipping fee if your order total is over $50. These orders will then ship together on the appropriate ship week.
If you would like to remove items from your order that has not been processed for shipping yet, we will remove and refund you for those items.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All order changes, including cancellations, must be done before the order is processed for shipping.
When will my order be processed for shipping?
Depending on the time of year, orders may be processed up to 5 business days before the scheduled ship week, or as quickly as the same day you place your order. Once an order has been released for shipping, it may not be changed or cancelled.
