The majority of the enhancements will happen behind the scenes. One of these is a change in the way we process orders. Currently, orders require a credit card number, but the card is not charged until right before the products are shipped. Starting late summer 2021, we will be charging credit cards at the time orders are placed. This is standard practice for ecommerce businesses, and we are just catching up.
If you are currently placing a fall-planted bulb or indoor bulb order, we will need to charge your credit card for the items we are holding for you before switching over to our new website. We expect this to happen sometime in August-September. We will get back in touch to confirm your order and remind you about the charge that will appear on your credit card statement this summer.
